Where to even begin about Brad & Aimee is the most difficult thing for me… simply because there is so much to say.

Brad and Aimee’s relationship began under difficult circumstances. Brad has served in the US Air Force and the US Marine Corps for the past 6 years. Aimee met Brad through mutual friends and then he was deployed. A while later she received news that while in Afghanistan Brads MRAP drove over an I.E.D. buried in the road. The bomb blew up and Brad began the fight of his life.

Aimee instantly started sending Brad scriptures, and words of encouragement. Most importantly she prayed for him. Little did she know he would become her husband. I love how God works. How before marriage we can be there, praying for the one we marry. Such a beautiful thing.

Brad was in a hospital 2 hours away from Aimee and after an quick facebook conversation she started visiting him in the hospital. Helping him, encouraging him… and falling in love.

After what Brad had just been through it’s no shock to me that he put Aimee in his life. She is VIBRANT, fun, beautiful, kind and has a heart as big as her contagious smile. This girl has Jesus and you can tell. She is a breath of fresh air.

Brad is completely perfect for Aimee… he is so caring and watches over her. When they interact together you can just see the love they have. He looks at her in this way that’s almost like he’s studying her… and appreciating her outward and inward beauty. I was so blessed to be able to document their love and to hear their testimony. They have hit many forks in the path that they are walking, but they have always kept God first. They are truly an inspiration.
